Article 3: Tracking Requirement
For secure processing, Track & Trace is mandatory for all returns, allowing both you and us to monitor the return shipment. Please note that untracked returns are not eligible for refunds.

Article 4: Condition of Returned Items
Only items in new, unused condition and in their original packaging are eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse any item showing signs of use.

Article 5: Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us with photos as proof. Upon confirmation, we will send a replacement at no additional charge.

Article 6: Refund Processing and Return Shipping Costs
Once a returned item is received by our team and necessary checks and verifications are completed, any applicable refunds will be initiated, typically within 7 days. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. All expenses associated with returning items—including shipping back to our warehouse, handling charges, administrative fees, and location-based costs—are the customer’s responsibility.
